Characteristics:
BodyForm is a cardio-strength lesson focused strengthening whole body and body-shapes improvement.
The aim of BodyForm is good physical condition, strengthening, bodyforming (especially problem areas of the body).
We must approach the exercise responsibly and attend the lesson in good health, listen to your body.
Warm-up 5 – 10 min.
Bodyfroming exercises 35 – 45 min
Stretching – 5 . 10 min
The hour is for all, who wants shape own body. You choose intensity of exercise according to your possibilities and abilities.
Needed:
indoor shoes, sportswear, drink, towel
